New productions part 1 for VIDEONALE.20 has started! Last week, the artists @danirestack and @sheilah.restack from Columbus, Ohio arrived in Bonn and, together with six women from Bonn, shot the first portraits for the video and exhibition project I AM THE FIRST LESBIAN I EVER MET. Many thanks to the artists and all the women who took part!

The video portraits will be presented on various public media screens in Bonn’s city center during the VIDEONALE.20. A longer video work will be shown together with an exhibition at flow atelier – one of our five exhibition stations in the city – where we also came together for our dinner

IATFLIEM is one of three new productions in resonance with the urban space that are being created for V.20 and co-produced by our long-standing partner @fluentumcollection.

Neuproduktionen Part 1 zur VIDEONALE.20 ist gestartet! Letzte Woche waren die Künstlerinnen @danirestack und @sheilah.restack aus Columbus, Ohio zu Gast in Bonn und haben gemeinsam mit sechs Bonnerinnen die ersten Porträts für das Video- und Ausstellungsprojekt I AM THE FIRST LESBIAN I EVER MET gedreht. Ein herzlicher Dank geht an die Künstlerinnen und alle teilnehmenden Frauen!

Die Videoporträts werden während der Laufzeit der VIDEONALE.20 auf verschiedenen öffentlichen Medienscreens in der Bonner Innenstadt präsentiert. Eine längere Videoarbeit wird zusammen mit einer Ausstellung im flow atelier – eine unserer fünf Ausstellungsstationen in der Stadt – zu sehen sein, in dem wir auch schon für unser gemeinsames Abendessen zusammen kommen konnten
